Please note: there is no teacher, so this is not a good program for someone who wants to learn. But if you have a little experience and are looking for a fun informal environment this is the program for you! Registration is recommended.

Tai Chi Class with Alex Perkel
Rezvani Meeting Room
Alex is a certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with extensive training, including studies at the renowned Shaolin Monastery in China. Additionally, he has participated many time's in the U.S. Open Martial Arts Competition, further deepening his experience in these traditional arts. His goal is to share the benefits of Tai Chi with others, promoting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
