Saturday Summer hours are 10am - 2pm June: 20th & 27th July: 11th, 18th & 25th August: 1st, 8th, 15, 22nd & 29th We will resume normal Saturday hours on September 12th.

Virtual Mindfulness: Mindfulness of Nature

June's Theme: Mindfulness of Nature June is the perfect time to appreciate nature. We'll use mindful practices to deepen our connection to the natural world. Each class starts with an introduction to theory and brain science, followed by a short gentle movement practice and a mindfulness meditation. Mat Yoga

Saturdays at 10:30am and Mondays at 5:30pm Open to all levels of practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need, such as yoga blocks, straps, or bolster blankets. $5 per class No Registration necessary.
