Illustrated talk with Eric Nelsen at the Visitor Center at Fort Lee Historic Park . In the summer of 1873, the body of an “unknown woman” was recovered from the Hudson River along the Palisades. Her identification by her fiancé a few days later would lead to a fascinating story. Eric will share some of the insights he has uncovered since he first came upon this “Jersey Horror” twenty years ago.
