Come relieve the pressures of your day with a Gentle Yoga class! We will move, stretch, and breathe with intention while practicing basic yoga poses. Beginners welcome. Debbie is a 200-hr RYT with Yoga Alliance and also holds a 40-hr certificate in Gentle/Restorative Yo ga.
