Alex is a certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with extensive training, including studies at the renowned Shaolin Monastery in China. Additionally, he has participated many time's in the U.S. Open Martial Arts Competition, further deepening his experience in these traditional arts. His goal is to share the benefits of Tai Chi with others, promoting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
